Hotel Reservations
The meeting will kick off on Sunday, October 26 with a welcome dinner reception. Board members will meet on Saturday, October 25 so please plan your flights accordingly.
Fall Meeting 2008 will be held at the Crowne Plaza San Antonio Riverwalk, San Antonio, Texas. Take the time to view the fabulous venue that we have selected for our Annual Meeting. http://www.crowneplaza.com/sariverwalk
Transporation from airport to hotel:
- Distance: 8 MI / 12.87 KM South to Hotel
- Shuttle Charge (one way): $14.00
- Taxi Charge (one way): $20.00
- Time by taxi: 15 minutes
- From San Antonio International Airport take HWY 281S to IH-35S exit Main Ave turn left under highway turn left onto Pecan Street and the Hotel is on the left.
 Room rates: ONLY $179.00 per night single/double.

We are going to try something a little different this year, you have three options for making your hotel reservations:

1. Call hotel directly at: 1-888-623-2800 and request the ILDA rate.

3. Fax or mail your hotel information using the hotel reservation form in you meeting packet. Send this info to Kathi and she will add you to the rooming ist that she will send to the hotel.
