2012 FALL Meeting

The meeting will kick off on Sunday, October 21 with a welcome dinner reception. Board members will meet on Saturday, October 20 so please plan your flights accordingly. Tuesday, October 23 we will tour the Thermo Scientific Water Analysis Instrument facility, located in Beverly, Massachusetts.

Transportation from airport to hotel:

• The hotel is located 15 miles north of Boston Logan Airport.
• Cab fare from the airport is approximately $70.00 one way.
• Shuttle Service - North Shore Shuttle; fee: $62 USD (one way) ;reservation required

Room rates: ONLY $119.00 per night single/double.

Room reservations are due Friday, September 21, 2012

1. Call hotel directly at: 1-800-228-9290 or 978-977-9700 and request the ILDA rate.

2. Fax or mail your hotel information using the hotel reservation form that will be included in your meeting packet. Send this info to Kathi and she will add you to the rooming list that she will send to the hotel.
