The meeting will kick off on Sunday, October 17 with a welcome dinner reception. Board members will meet on Saturday, October 16 so please plan your flights accordingly.

Caesars Palace offers a 4.5 acre Garden of the Gods Pool Oasis. The Forum Shops at Caesars are legendary and the merchanidse is the best the world has to offer. A dramatic, mythical war between the gods Atlas, Gadrius and Alia unfolds atop a 50,000-gallon seawater aquarium with over 500 tropical fish, sharks and rays.
Transporation from airport to hotel: 
- The hotel is located just minutes from McCarran Airport.

- Shuttle Service: There are numerous shuttle services available -
- Costs = $6.50 per person and will take approiximately 30 minutes from pick up at airport to hotel.

- Reservations not required.
- Shuttles run every 15 minutes.
- Pick up at Doors 7 through 13 at airport.
Room rates: ONLY $139.00 per night single/double.

1. Call hotel directly at: 1-866-227-5944 and request the ILDA rate.
2. Fax or mail your hotel information using the hotel reservation form that will be included in your meeting packet. Send this info to Kathi and she will add you to the rooming list that she will send to the hotel.
