The meeting will kick off on Sunday, April 22, 2012 with a welcome reception/dinner. Boardmembers will meet on Saturday, April 21 at 6:00 pm, so please plan your flightsaccordingly.

Tuesday, April 24 we will be touring the PolyScience facility located in Niles, Illinois. Any questions concerning the Spring 2011 meeting, feel free to contact Kathi at 1-888-878-4532 or kbretcko@ilda.org. (NOTE: if you are participating in the PolyScience tour, ILDA will provide transportation from PolyScience to the airport. You will NOT need to make a roundtrip reservation on Airport Express Shuttle.)

3. Fax (412-829-5191), or email (kbretcko@ilda.org) your hotel information using the hotel reservation form that will be included in your meeting packet. Send this info to Kathi and she will add you to the master rooming list that will be submitted to the hotel.

4. NOTE: Due to a citywide convention in Chicago, please make your hotel reservations early.
