The Fall Meeting will kick off with our welcome reception and dinner on Sunday, October 17, 2021. Board members will meet on Saturday, October 16, 2021 at 4:00 pm so please plan your flights accordingly.

Registration, Policies & Fees - All participants must be registered in advance and the full registration fee is payable in advance. No registration will be considered complete until a check is received or your credit card is charged. Fees must be received by October 1, 2021
Cancellations & Refunds - No refunds will be made for cancellations after October 4, 2021.
