Fall Meeting 2025
The Fall Meeting will be held at the Loews Ventana Canyon Resort, Tucson, Arizona. .
The meeting will kick off on Sunday, October 19, 2025, with a welcome reception dinner. Board members will meet on Saturday, October 18, 2025, at 4:00 pm, so please plan your flights accordingly.
Whether you are looking to explore the stunning landscapes of the Sonoran Desert, savor the flavors of the Southwest or make the most of the region's superlative year-round climate. If you love spending an afternoon exploring miles of hiking trails. Take a dip in one of the resort pools and enjoy poolside service from Bill's Grill.

Golf Outing - Sunday, October 19, 2025 -- Mountain Course -- The 6,902-yard, par-72 course boasts the most photographed hole west of the Mississippi—#3, a 107-yard par 3 that plays across a plunging ravine to a granite-encased green. The golf course is located just steps from the front lobby in conjunction with the Ventana Golf & Racquet Club. Once again, we will be using the golf outing as a fundraiser for a worthwhile local charity Ben's Bells - Keep Kindness Ringing!!!

Group Activity - Sunday, October 19, 2025 meet in lobby at 11:30 am -- to travel to the Sabino Canyon Crawler -- Tours of Sabino Canyon
The Sabino Canyon Crawler is located approximately 3 miles from the resort. The group will arrange ubers/lyfts to transport to the Crawler, note ILDA will purchase the tickets for the group to ensure everyone is on the same shuttle. The group must arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled tour. The electric shuttle carries passengers on a one-hour round trip tour, allowing passengers to exit the shuttle at Sabino Canyon Crawler Stops to soak in the grandeur of the canyon at your own pace.
