                                        Discussion questions:

                                        • What was the biggest supply chain challenge you faced in the past 2 years?

                                        • How did you manage or pivot to overcome these challenges?

                                        • How much did global factors play into your supply chain issues?

                                        • What specifically? Logistics? Manufacturing downturns? Government restrictions?

                                        • How do regulations or policy changes play into this?

                                        • What is a positive take away from what your company learned these past years?

                                        • What you are you tracking now and this year that expect possible disruptions?

                                        • Can you name 3 products or chemicals as examples of those you are watching?
