Meet our Panelists!

 Derek Paulowski is a Regional Sales Manager with Columbus Chemical Industries (CCI) and has been a leader in the organization for over 10 years.  CCI is a 100% employee-owned Wisconsin based manufacturer and distributor of specialty performance chemical solutions for numerous industries including Semiconductor production, Medical device manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals production, Laboratory supply and for various Industrial applications.   CCI serves customers throughout North America as well as customers in Europe and Asia from its facilities in Columbus, WI and Phoenix, AZ.

Don Hobbs is a seasoned marketing and business development professional with extensive experience in driving growth, optimizing processes, and leading transformational efforts for companies.  Currently serving as the Corporate Marketing and Business Development Director of GFS Chemicals, he is responsible for developing and implementing strategies for product categorization, sales and web site development across all business sectors.  He oversees direct sales and customer service teams, in addition to analyzing all ROIs and driving process improvements. Previously, he held senior leadership roles at LGC Standards in the US and London, where he was responsible for coordinating marketing functions, developing and implementing global sales strategies, and generating business planning and goal setting processes. Don began his career at Sigma Aldrich, where he served as the Director of Marketing for the Analytical Division and played a key role in consolidating three business units into one cohesive division with a global footprint.  Throughout his career, Don has successfully grown sales, transformed declining businesses, and strengthened brand value. 

Donny Williams is the Director of Supply Chain at Greenfield Global, with over 15 years of experience in senior management roles in Supply Chain and Operations Management. He has been with Greenfield Global for almost 5 years, focused on driving efficient fulfillment of demand, superior customer value, supply chain responsiveness, network resiliency, and facilitating EBITDA financial success through a collaborative, cross-functional team-based, and data-driven approach to achieve the company's purpose.
