Spring Meeting 2026

The Spring meeting will be held at the Kansas City Marriott Club Plaza, Kansas City, Missouri.   
The meeting will kick off on Sunday, April 19, 2026, with a welcome reception / dinner.  Board members will meet on Saturday, April 18, 2026, at 4:00 pm so please plan your flights accordingly. 
Meeting will be hosted by ILDA Associate member TrippNT.   

Charitable Walk - Sunday, April 19, 2026 - Mark your calendars.  More information will be available at a later date.  If you are interested in sponsoring, please contact Kathi at kbretcko@ilda.org.

The Kansas City Marriott Country Club Plaza puts you in the heart of Kansas City.  Overlooking the Country Club Plaza, the hotel is located at the sophisticated center of Kansas City's dining, shopping and cultural scene.  The hotel is blocks away from the Nelson Atkins Museum and directly in front of the Kemper Museum of Contemporary Art. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle throughout the Country Club Plaza with door-to-door service to whichever venue you choose!

Safety Requirements – no open toe or open back shoes, no high heel.  Suggested footwear, flats or tennis shoes.  You will be required to wear Safety Glasses which will be supplied by TrippNT

Security – all attendees will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement.  No photos allowed in the facility.

  • If you are checking out of the hotel, please do so prior to boarding buses

  • Bring luggage to load onto bus if you are traveling to the Asheville Regional Airport 

  • If you are returning to hotel, luggage to be stored with Front Desk / Bellman

  • After the tour, the bus will transport you to one of the following:
