Fall Meeting 2026

The Fall meeting will be held at the Opal Grand Oceanfront Spa & Resort located in Delray Beach, Florida. The meeting is set to officially begin on Sunday, October 18, 2026. The event will kick-off with a welcome reception and dinner, providing attendees an opportunity to connect and set the tone for the days ahead.
The board meeting is scheduled on Saturday, October 17, 2026, at 4:00 PM. It is important to coordinate your travel arrangements to ensure you arrive in time for this session.

Golf Outing - Sunday, October 18, 2026 - Indian Spring Country Club, Boynton Beach -- GOLF OUTING SOLD OUT
Indian Spring Country Club is located approximately 20 to 25 minutes from the hotel. Indian Spring is located in the relaxed seaside town of Boynton Beach, and features two championship golf courses with rolling fairways and brush-cut greens. All proceeds from the golf outing fundraiser will be donated to Marine Education Initiative, located in Delray Beach, Florida,

Group Activity - Sunday, October 18, 2026 meet in lobby at 11:00 am - Wakodahatchee Wetlands
Located approximately 6 miles from the hotel. It is 50 acres of wetlands with a 3/4-mile boardwalk. the wetlands are a home for 178 bird species, as well as turtles, alligators, rabbits, fish, frogs and racoons.

Attendees must cancel their registration at least two weeks before the scheduled meeting date to receive a refund. Cancellations received less than two weeks before the meeting are not eligible for a refund.
